This painting was in response to a poem by Carl Sandberg, in a book of poetry I came across. I didn’t analyse or pre-plan the words on the painting, they literaly flowed out of me without any conscious thought, just a reaction to the poem, filtered by my own experiences, I guess. I don’t know quite what to make of it but when something flows out of you that certainly, i think you just accept it and save the analysis for later.It is what it is.
